Wonky Log Cabin Progress
Well, here we are at Monday again, and I don't have a whole lot of sewing to show for the past week. I've done a lot of sewing...it just doesn't look like much. Here are the first 26 of my wonky log cabin blocks. I need 49 total, so I'm over half way there. I also have six more started (about half done). What has surprised me is that I'm running out of scraps! Well, strip scraps that is. I had a big tub full to start with, and now I can see the bottom. So it's good progress to have used all that up. Now comes the fun part...cutting into other scraps so I have more strips to use!

Good job. If you run out I have plenty if you need different fabrics.
Those are great! I really like your scrappy stars too, I may have to do those one day.
Looking good, Terry.
Love it!!!!

They look so good, you've done well with them
They looks great though!!!!
I LOVE this Terry - good job on using your scraps!!!
Used all your strip scraps-------that's great. Wonkey is going to make a fun quilt.
Great job! Love those wonky log cabins. And what a good feeling to be over half finished. Your comment about using up your scraps has inspired me. It would make a great charity quilt too! Thanks for sharing.
Love your blocks! I seem to do that every time that I work on a log cabin. I'll start out with a huge pile of strips and then quickly run out! :( Then I end up cutting more instead of waiting until I have more scraps.
Have a wonderful and Blessed day

Your wonky blocks look great Terry. You have lots of variety in your scrap box!
Very cool!! Do you always start with a square for the center or does it matter?
