Today I made this tote bag for Emily. She wanted a new bag for school and she wanted it camo. We found the fabric a couple of weeks ago. I didn't have a pattern for this...I just made it up as I went along. I can't wait for her to get home from school and see it. I sure hope it's the right size and the handles are the right length.
Now I'm off to cut sashing for my Wonky Log Cabin blocks. I can't wait to start sewing them together! :0)

Beautiful! Can't believe you can just make up a bag as you lol...sooo clever. I made my first hearts, thanks Terry. Looking forwards to playting a bit more with them for Christmas.
You have been busy. Good job on both. Have fun cutting.
You are so talented. The bag is great and I love the bright squares.

I'm sure the bag will be loved by your daughter and the table topper too when you give it to her. They are both lovely. Hugs....
Your daughter will love the camo bag-----guess all the kids like camo. I have a nice age seven and loves it.
Emily is going to love her new camo bag. I hope it's the right size - let us know. The table topper is adorable.
Hello Terry,
I do love the bright table topper. The bag is great, nothing like finding a present made with love when you get home from school.
Happy days.

Lucky daughter! Both of those finishes are fabulous.
Wonderful! Great start to October!!
Love the topper AND the bag. You are really on a roll, girl. :)
Oh no! I thought I left a comment. I was wondering how Emily liked her bag. I am now able to make notes with a program that converts my recorded words into text. I hope this doesn't sound too strange.
