A finish and a giveaway

Here's another little project I got finished up this morning. The cross stitch was done by my mom years ago. Now it's quilted and hanging on the wall. It will be so nice to be able to see this one every day. :0)

In an effort to clear out some more "stuff" from my sewing corner, I have a pile of strips and selvages I'm giving away. The strips are on the left...the selvages on the right. There aren't a lot of each, but I hope someone wants them because I'm tired of storing them! LOL So if you're interested in these leftovers, just leave me a comment saying so, and if more than one person wants them, I'll choose a winner on Wednesday.

  7. I love your little piece. No scraps or selvadges for me - have some I need to find homes for.

  8. Love the cross stitch - I did a sampler from that designer eons ago but still love it. And do I spy Debbie Mumm fabric under those strips? I LOVE Debbie and have a ton of her stuff from her heyday. Not as fond of the stuff she's doing now. I usually end up making a quilt with Debbie Mumm fabric every year, haven't done one yet this year but have one cut out and ready to go. I'll pass on the fabric -- I have plenty of my own. Hugs!
