What's been happening here

First of all, Emily graduated from high school. She didn't want a big party so we just had the grandparents in for lunch and cake.


Then she moved out into her first apartment. It only took two trips to get her things all moved. We're so grateful for the two friends of hers who helped us that day.


And I have new wheels parked in my garage. I've driven a Jeep for the past 16 years, so I'm used to a vehicle like this. I'm not used to driving something new though. That's taken some getting used to. But I do love it!


And here's a pic of Emily's baby bump. She's only got about 7 weeks left until her due date. I can't wait to meet my granddaughter! :0)

  3. A small party sounds wonderful. I have always driven a Jeep, too (saved my life more than once too). You have a lot of changes for sure.

  12. Congrats all around for ALL of your good news! I guess I missed a few blog posts lately, sorry.... Didn't know you were going to be a grandma too. That's awesome. We have to wait till Halloween though :)
